Using the new tag feature

Hello everyone,

I noticed that tags have appeared on the site in the last few days. I don’t recall seeing them here before. And I’m not familiar with Discourse. Though it looks like tags have been a feature for awhile - https://meta.discourse.org/t/the-official-discourse-tags-plugin-discourse-tagging/26482

I’m a Stack Exchange user, and SE uses tags to great effect, to sort and categorize. They could be useful here too.

So, can users tag threads? And if so, how?

I have noticed that too, and that is nice. Can you access the menu as pictured below by clicking on the topic title/pen?

Yes, I just created a tag (I think) called `sitefeatures’. Now that I look, the space for the tags is right there at the bottom. How long has it been there for?

There were some pretty major upgrades to the site just a couple of weeks ago. :slight_smile:
