Hello! My husband and I have been hosting since February 2015, and have just now started looking into the local regulations and tax situation. We saw the recent article (and read the Tucson SMWBC minutes from a recent council meeting) about the assessor’s office deciding that all airbnb-type businesses should pay commercial property taxes.
