Profile hacked and fake listing added!

My daughter & I host together. Her profile was hacked yesterday and taken over. A fake property in Zermatt was added.
Airbnb seem to have no escalation procedure, no way to report the fake listing- no emergency measures?
We have no idea if bookings are being interfered with, no proper response from Airbnb.
This could affect a current guest, as well as our payment from him.
Has anyone got a suggestion how to contact Airbnb in an emergency?
