I am wondering who else is receiving money via an international wire and if they are also being charged a ‘hidden’ extra $20 that AirBnB is denying is their charge. I know that it isn’t my receiving banks charge as I receive lots of wired money from the USA.
Does anyone have a contact name and email/tel number for a director of the financial department?
I would be really grateful for help with this as I get no where speaking to anyone on the phone or via the dozens of emails I have sent re. this.

I am curious to see if anyone has feedback on this issue as I am in the process of setting up my own listing with AirBNB. I would also like to set up an international wire. What wiring fees can I expect for international wires to Trinidad and Tobago?
AirBNB seems very hard to get in contact with by e-mail or phone. I could not find any telephone or e-mail information for them on this site. Anybody have contact info for Air BNB in the US or Trinidad and Tobago?

Hi. There is now a chat facility, so i would try that and there is a US tel no. But, they claim there is no charge for international wires, but there is. For us to Guatemala it is $20. So i charge this as a cleaning fee.

My first transfer was $68, I got it in full
Now it’s $238 and I got $218…$20 less!
Hi Francesca, I also host in Guatemala. Are you still receiving money through international wire? The $20.00 depends on the total of the payment or is a standard fee?
It appears that the fee is standard and is actually $25 I then add another $5 as Banco Industrial charged $5 to accept any international money.
