Actually, what I’m doing now is, I still use smart pricing, but I put in a higher minimum price, so that they don’t charge $ 35 for a whole apartment, as they did before this.
I’m thinking (I may be wrong) that is there is some special event and I don’t know, that they would increase my price for that time/weekend (but can’t go lower) and it might still have a positive effect that I do smart pricing.
