Sigh, new Airbnb users, I am their first stay and they leave four stars…every other guest has left 5.
Is this where you wish the next place they stay in is a flea infested bomb site so they might realise what a great place yours was…

Haha! Yes this is kind of true. I stayed in a really terrible Airbnb in LA that has the same overall rating as mine. I wish I could fly guests over to educate them on how to write a review. Did you get was advertised at the point of booking? Yes? Then why leave a 4 star review which suggests there were problems?

Often when you probe deeper the ‘problems’ were disclosed in advance and ignored - because the price was right.
