Hi @MarkP - that’s right. Set a minimum and maximum price (ignoring what the system suggests) and then manually adjust any prices you don’t like. For instance, raise the price for holidays or when there are events in your area. There is a pop-up box that then appears with a choice of options. ‘Tell’ the system why you upped the price and after a few weeks it ‘learns’.
At first SP had higher prices for our rental in the summer - which is the slow season here and therefore should be cheaper. It got the message after a few weeks
