Looking for an airbnb alternative. Just looking to renting out an un-used room. Only interested in the ones that have no annual fee, customer pays upfront… commission fee etc(same as airbnb)? Ive tried signing up to wimdu, but i think all the staff has been sacked…or they are sick or dead… as they havent responded, at all after listing completion.
I think it depends on where you live and the type of property you have.
