It is happening more and more. I had a few myself last month. Depending where one is, if older host decide to trow in the towel, there are going to be only so many of new host to join in. Airbnb is using a heavy whip, and some guest are using it to their advantage.
got a text from our current guests, just yesterday afternoon.
she says they wish they had a video of themselves jumping in terror on our dock.
Seems a dolphin came up the creek in the backyardâŚthey thought it was a shark!
You are rightâŚwe only have seen that a few times in 17 years, although I suspect it happens more but nobody is on the dock to see it.
Must be the unseasonably warm winter
We told her there was no extra charge for the sighting

In the entire home set up which is actually a private room in a larger home separated by a locking doorâŚdo you also have to have some sort of kitchen to call it an entire room?

I spoke wih âjohnâ at Airbnb support.
He says there is no known reason for this and that I will get an email Ironing out the problem shortly.
